As well as the natural trace elements, Amino18™ contains the 16 essential animal minerals and 18 amino acids. The rich mineral concentration of Amino18™ makes it a cost-effective option to many alternative products. Requiring lower dose rates per animal, and therefore a lower cost per animal, Amino18™ is a healthy and affordable choice for your livestock. • Minerals, trace elements and amino acids are essential for an animal's growth and production • Pregnancy and lactation mean a greater demand for these elements • A deficiency or imbalance of these can result in ill-thrift, poor growth rates and general lack of condition. • Improves the absorption of minerals from pasture • Better milk solid yields • No withholding period • Compatible with other products • Significant benefits from many sheep trials Dairy Cows Calves (to weaning) 0.5ml - 1ml daily or 8ml weekly after weaning Cows 4ml daily Horses Foals (post weaning) 2ml daily or 8ml monthly Horses 4ml daily or 25ml weekly Goats As per sheep dose rates STRESS MANAGEMENT For cows in late pregnancy and main lactation period, dose 4ml daily by drenching, in trough dispenser or "In Line Dispenser" (such as Nutridose). This can be increased up to 8ml daily at critical times such as premating, if there is poor cow condition or low feed availability. At critical stress times such as just before calving, induced cows, or non cycling cows a 40ml stress dose can be drenched. For calves in stressed conditions the suggested dose rate is 1.5ml daily per calf from 4 days old to weaning. After weaning 2ml daily can be given in the water trough or 15ml every 28 days or at worm drenching time. B. Sheep For lambs at docking dose 4ml and then 7ml monthly or when worm drenching. For hoggets and ewes at sress times such as pre-tupping, dose 7-10mls. Caution: In sheep, liver levels of copper may be quite variable. Consequently there is always risk of copper poisoning occurring following copper supplementation in this species. FOR MORE INFORMATION 0800 DEOSAN (33 67 26).
