THE TOP CAPACITY TRAILED MACHINE The R2060 harvests in offset with the largest capacity of any trailed 2-row sieving harvester in the market. The harvester is standard equipped with a diabolo kit in combination with APC (Automatic Pressure Control). Compaction vulnerability of the potato baulks can vary depending on weather conditions. CLEANING UNIT TO MATCH YOUR NEEDS In wet conditions, harvested potatoes tend to stick together in clods. The R2060 first conveys the potatoes over a wide hedgehog belt, where large clods are broken apart into smaller clods before they reach the cleaning module. This increases the cleaning capacity, and the potato flow is perfectly distributed across the entire width of the cleaning unit. HAULM CONVEYOR The RQA2060 is equipped with a haulm conveyor to separate haulm from the product flow. The three or four haulm spring sets, respectively, are individually hydraulically adjustable in height. The extra, fully closed bar web ensures smooth separation of haulm and product. This keeps fall heights to a minimum, resulting in maximum quality. That is why Dewulf includes the unloading on the move bunker as standard. With unloading on the move there is no need to continuously interrupt the harvesting process to unload, which can boost your productivity by up to 25%.
