We furthermore declare that the Technical Director is in charge of the technical file. In accordance with: - European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC annex II.A and other applicable Directives Di Martino S.p.A. - via Pavane, 1 - 36065 Mussolente (VI) Italy, as manufacturer, confirm that the machinery PRESSURE SPRAYER comply with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE Art. 1, § 1 and Art. 2, § a) 1st section. We herewith confirm that those parts exposed to pressure comply with the directive 2014/68/UE Art. 4,§ 3. We furthermore declare that the Technical Director is in charge of the technical file . DECLARATION OF COMPLIANCE FOR FOOD CONTACT as a manufacturer, declare that the articles : CHEF 0.5, CHEF 1 and CHEF 2 are manufactured in full compliance with the following regulations: • 1935/2004/EC • 1895/2005/EC • 2023/2006/EC • 10/2011/EC and subsequent modifications and additions (Regulation (EU) 2016/1416 of 24 August 2016 - Regulation (EU) 2017/752 of 28 April 2017) and the following Italian legislation: • Ministerial Decree 21/03/1973 and subsequent modifications and additions • DPR 777/82 and subsequent modifications and additions The Raw materials used in the production meet the conditions outlined in the EU legislation, the lists of approved monomers and additives for plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs: • CHEF 0.5, CHEF 1 and CHEF 2 (polyethylene, polypropylene and additives); • CRYSTAL FOOD (polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate and additives) The a bove items are suitable and intended to come into contact with the following food categories and all of its subgroups as classification of the EU Reg. 10/2011 and EU Reg. 1416/2016: 01 - Drinks 02 - Cereals, cereal derivatives, products, biscuits, bakery and confectionery 03 - Chocolate, sugar and products thereof confectionery 04 - Fruit, vegetables and products thereof 05 - Fats and oils 06 - Animal products and eggs 07 - Milk products 08 - Miscellaneous Products The analysis to verify the suitability for contact with food have been performed according to EU Reg. 10 / 2011 Description of simulants used : • deionized water • Simulant B : acetic acid 3 % ( w / v ) in deionized water • Símulant C : ethanol 20 % ( vlv ) in deionized water • Simulant D2 : vegetable oil ( sunflower oil ) • Primary aromatic amines • Migration of dyes with simulant B, D1 and D2 • Specific Migration of Barium, Cobalt, Copper, Iron, Lithium, Manganese, Zinc, Aluminum, Nickel Test conditions : 10 days at 40 ° C . - The artifact can be used, together with the food in any prolonged storage at room temperature or below, including when packed in filling conditions in hot and / or warming to a temperature T, where 70 ° C ≤ T ≤ 100 ° C for t = 120/2 ^ [(T-70) / 10) minutes at the most - The artifact comply with the specific migration in the above-listed conditions.
