SPARTAN Industrial Apple Harvester SPARTAN Industrial Apple Harvester is an advanced machine designed for the fully mechanized harvesting of processing apples. Developed in close cooperation with professional fruit growers, the machine significantly reduces labour costs and harvesting time while maintaining high crop cleanliness and harvesting efficiency. Harvesting Process • The SPARTAN uses a multi-stage harvesting and cleaning system designed to maximize harvesting efficiency and minimize fruit losses. • Ground-Following Front Fruit Sweeper - the front sweeper precisely collects apples from the orchard floor while automatically adapting to ground contours. • High-Performance Air Blower - blows apples from beneath the tree canopy into the harvesting area. This reduces the number of passes required during harvesting and allows the under-canopy sweeper to operate safely away from the tree trunks. • Hydraulically Extendable Under-Canopy Sweeper - reaches directly beneath the tree canopy, collecting fruit located close to the trunks. • Fruit Conveying and Cleaning System - harvested apples are transferred onto a vertical conveyor equipped with durable polyurethane cleats. At the conveyor transfer point, a rotary cleaning roller continuously removes leaves, grass and other debris from the crop flow. • Flexible Fruit Collection Options - harvested fruit can be collected into Big Bags (with hydraulic unloading), pallet bins or discharged directly in bulk into a trailer.
