Design and Features:
The header is designed for durability and minimal maintenance. It can be adapted to any combine harvester using an adjustable inclination adapter. Key features include large augers for consistent product supply, torque limiters on both the auger and reel, and an easily adjustable cutting height via a screw mechanism. The belt tensioner maintains constant traction with a large diameter and spring mechanism.
Optional Features:
An optional notched roller under the blade accelerates the dropping of flower heads and prevents plant uprooting, significantly increasing production capacity.
