The Eco Log F-series forwarders have undergone significant design and quality improvements. The hood has been redesigned for better aesthetics and durability, with all parts painted before assembly to reduce corrosion risks. The sidelights feature a new design, and an illuminated 'E' with a pine tree is prominently displayed on the grill.
The forwarder cab is designed for operator comfort and spaciousness, providing excellent visibility for efficient work. The F-series retains the best features of previous generations, with enhancements for greater serviceability and comfort.
The forwarders are equipped with Stage V engines from Volvo Penta, known for reliability, fuel efficiency, and environmental considerations. The transmission has been updated for better traction and off-road handling.
Improvements in serviceability include a side-opening grill for easy radiator cleaning and an electrically operated hood. Larger fenders facilitate cab access and house a toolbox and batteries. The DEF tank is conveniently located next to the fuel tank.
The load area ranges from 41 sq ft (4.1 m2) to 78 sq ft (7.2 m2), with various load carrier options available, including hydraulic versions.
The forwarders have a load capacity ranging from 14,000 kg (30,865 lbs) to 20,000 kg (44,092 lbs). They feature hydrostatic-mechanical transmission, with tractive effort from 195 kN (43,838 lbf) to 260 kN (58,450 lbf). The engines are 6-cylinder D8 with power outputs from 185 kW (252 hp) to 235 kW (320 hp).
Various loader options are available, with lifting forces ranging from 120 kNm (88,507 lb-ft) to 173 kNm (127,598 lb-ft) and reach alternatives from 8.3 m (27 ft) to 10.5 m (34 ft).

SERVICEABILITY & COMFORT The forwarders in the F-series have been designed to offer even greater serviceability thanks to several improvements. The grill conveniently opens to the side, making it easier to clean the radiator, while the hood is electrically operated for easier servicing. Larger fenders makes getting in and out of the cab easier and also house both a toolbox and batteries - making them easily accessible.
