ECOKRAFT PELLET MILL LP22 INTELLIGENT, FAST, MOBILE AREAS OF APPLICATION The ECOKRAFT LP22 pellet mill is specially designed for dry and fine-grained biomass with a max. size of 6mm. The modern and highly efficient press has a 22 kW electric motor, a touch display for operation, an integrated lubrication and water pump and a new plug & play system, where further ECOKRAFT machines can be connected at any time and then operated as a complete system. A powerful 22 kW motor, a completely revised collating system and a technically simple plug & play system for the integration of further Ecokraft machines characterize this trendsetting pellet mill. A change of the pellet diameter or a change to another biomass can be realized within a short time. High quality hardened flat dies available for different pellet diameters and different press channel lengths. The Kollerset is designed as a well thought-out, as durable as possible, quickly exchangeable and thus user-friendly complete unit. The mixer located in the material hopper prevents possible "bridging" of very light materials. Furthermore, strong magnets are integrated on the mixer, which can sort out possible foreign bodies such as nails or metal chips for the most part.
