Product catalog summary
Introduction
EMKA Hatchery Equipment is committed to providing products that ensure high returns and yields. The company continuously updates its product range to incorporate modern technological advances, ensuring ease of use and maintenance while adhering to strict hygiene standards.
Dry Hatch Technology
This technology is globally recognized for producing better, stronger chicks with enhanced bio-security. It maintains stable incubator temperatures using cooling water above the dew point, preventing bacterial, mold, and fungal growth. Studies show that chicks from this process have better navel closure, lower first-week mortality, and improved growth rates.
Advantages of Dry Hatch Technology
  • Stable control of temperature, humidity, ventilation, and CO2.
  • Easier and faster cleaning due to no fluff sticking to cooling pipes.
  • No condensation, reducing mold and bacterial growth.
  • Energy savings in climates below 24°C due to natural cooling.
Comparison with Traditional Incubators
Traditional incubators use cooling water between 10-15°C, leading to condensation and unstable conditions. In contrast, Dry Hatch Technology uses water at 27°C, preventing condensation and promoting healthier hatches.
Free Cooling Technology
This technology reduces energy costs and carbon footprint by using ambient air to cool the water. It operates efficiently under varying ambient temperatures, with full free cooling below 24°C, partial cooling below 30°C, and no free cooling above 30°C.

The Dry Hatch Technology™: A proven breakthrough in incubation Enter the future! Full control! This proven technological incubation process has now been installed all over the world and in the most diverse climates with exceptional results and success. The “Dry Hatch” achieves better, stronger and more vigorous chicks while ensuring that bio-security is second to none. The Dry Hatch Technology™ keeps the incubator temperature stable by using cooling water that is above the Dew Point. Water is the enemy of incubation. If water is present it fuels the growth of bacteria, mold and fungus. These...

Dry Hatch by EMKA Incubators-4

At the dew point all traditional incubators will produce water/condensation. Result: A machine that is always fighting to correct itself - Unwanted extra ventilation - Unstable temperature - Unstable humidity - Mold, fungal & bacterial growth The Dry Hatch Technology™ cools with water of 27°C A temperature above the incubator dew point. INCUBATION advantages for superior hatching and chick quality: • No condensation on cooling tubes means no, or reduced fungal, bacteriological or mold growth • Dry and easy to clean incubators, clean Plenum (Fluff tunnel) • No fluff in the Hatchers, less Aspergillus....

Free Cooling technology ADVANTAGES ▪ The Free Cooling technology substantially reduces the energy costs and the carbonfootprint of the incubator cooling water production. It brings a partial or full reduction of the chiller operating costs (depending on theambient air temperature). The Free Cooling technology uses the ambient “low” air temperature to cool the water in the cooling circuit. The thermal exchange coil transfers the “cold” in the ambient air to the cooling water. This is basically an air-to-water heat exchanger built in copper pipes and aluminium fins. The microprocessor controls all...
