Costruzioni integrate Farrowing cage Evolution The continuous research of our products in the farrowing room, allowed us to realize a new farrowing cage used to reduce the causes of mortality for neonatal asphyxia. Moreover, thanks to the anatomic study of the sow, we have assembled a frame that avoid the crush of the piglets independently by the position of the mother. Arise in this way the farrowing cage, composed by two side flanks equipped by two anti-crush systems. A fixed one equipped in the lower side by a scallop of 5 pieces of bent pipe, and a second one composed of 2 rotating profiles that control the movement of the sow in the changes of position, protecting in this way the brood. The mobile anti-crush system, is provided of three adjustment drills to regulate the depth according to the dimension of the sow in the cage. The back door consists of two safety shapes that make the double function of protecting the external genital apparatus from possible shocks and allow the transit of the piglets in the most dangerous zone of the farrowing slat
