The coated slat “EVOTECK“ for laying hens is manufactured to size, according to a technical drawing to be agreed with the customer, and by this reason it can be adapted to each project. It is produced in two different models, which have specific features according to the requests of the client. In terms of hygiene, it is the best imaginable way, the ultra-smooth nature and the rounded structure of the coating do not retain impurities. The metallic structural core in steel S235 and S275 is subjected to a coating process with plastisol. It is achieved through a method of hot dipping to ensure a coating up to 4 mm thickness. The hardness of the coating is guaranteed a minimum of 90 SHORE A. The Production is validated by the certification ISO 9001 and 3834-2. The slat for the hens is made from two components: – he horizontal plane, formed by a welded rectangular T mesh, that is sized to prevent the fall of the egg.
