Combing a FT mounted front tank with any of the FarmGEM mounted sprayers is a great way of increasing your spraying capacity and of course efficiency. There is a choice of either 1200 litre or 1400 litre tank capacities, the tank is specially designed to provide maximum forward visibility and concave mirrors are fitted to further enhance visibility. A hydraulically driven pump is fitted for filling, agitation and liquid transfer from FT to the rear sprayer as required. This is controlled from an in-cab control box allowing the operator to manage weight distribution depending on field condition . Dry tank contents gauge, access step and road lighting are also included in the standard specification. The FSE 1600 Mounted Sprayer features a heavy duty contractor level of construction and comes with a three year warranty. The close coupled frame and narrow profile polyethylene tank to ensure weight is kept close to the tractor for enhanced stability. The latest generation of FG boom is the same as fitted to both trailed and self-propelled series. It has proven terrain following suspension and a unique anti-yaw damping system to ensure excellent boom stability. The boom is constructed throughout in high-tensile steel and the fully welded lattice design which ensures strength and durability without excessive weight. The boom folds hydraulically at 12 and 20, 21 or 24m has stainless steel spray lines which are automatically flushed and primed by a re-circulation system. The logical controls can be complimented with the addition of a Radion 8140 “touch screen” auto rate controller and DGPS guidance with auto spray section on/off.
