Durability
The disc mulchers are designed with a robust bearing carrier that houses a heavy-duty bearing with an oversized shaft. An elastomeric coupler is included to protect the hydraulic motor. Additionally, an integrated pusher pad with rake-style teeth is used for moving felled material or brush piles.

Hinged Right Side Door
The door can be hinged open for versatile processing of standing and felled material using left and right swings. When hinged closed, it improves the finish of the material and limits debris dispersion. The door can also be removed for optimum productivity in open areas.

Operation

Top-Down Feeding: Utilizes the bottom of the disk to mulch standing trees or brush piles.
Bottom-Up Feeding: Uses the intake feed and body structure to cut through trees, allowing gravity to feed the tree down into the disc.
Snipping: Involves cutting the top of a tree with the left side of the disc and snipping into standing trees by lowering the arm and swinging right to left, repeating until ground level is reached.
Left & Right Sweeping: Fells standing trees with the left side of the disc and sweeps left and right to mulch vegetation on the ground.
