Introduction
This document provides technical specifications and operational guidelines for the Stump Hog series of forestry attachments, specifically models SH360, SH260, and SH400. These attachments are designed for efficient stump grinding and are compatible with various excavators and skid steers.

- Verify that carrier safety features meet job safety requirements, including Falling Object and Roll-Over Protection.

Model Specifications- SH360: Designed for 20-30 ton excavators with hydraulic flow of 40-55 gpm. Features include a 36” wheel diameter, 2600 lbs weight, and interchangeable with Fecon Mulcher.
- SH400: Suitable for higher horsepower applications (170-350 hp) with a hydraulic flow of 65-140 gpm at 5500 psi. It has a 40” wheel diameter and weighs 4550 lbs.
- SH260: Offers 15 tools with single bolt fastening and three tool choices for cost efficiency. It provides unlimited swing, reach, and depth for hard-to-reach stumps.
Technical Features- All models feature a polychain belt drive and bolt-on mount custom to excavators with pin-on or quick attach options.
- SH400 includes a central pivot with tapered roller bearings and a 160cc axial piston drive motor offering approximately 500 rpm rotor speed.
- Backfill blades are included for filling holes and leveling chips post-grinding.
General Specifications- Hydraulics horsepower ranges from 70-350 hp depending on the model.
- Flow and PSI specifications vary, with SH360 offering 30-45 gpm at 3000-4750 psi and SH400 offering 65-140 gpm at 5500 psi.
- Work zones and wheel diameters vary, with SH360 having a 70” work zone and SH400 an 84” work zone.
