Conveyor belt This conveyor belt is extremely robust and yet very flexible This inclined belt conveyor or conveyor system is equipped with a galvanized, painted and bolted frame and is therefore very resistant. Optionally, the conveyor belt can be adjusted in speed as well as flexibly adjusted in height to transport nuts between different levels. The PVC conveyor belt can be used vertically or horizontally to transport nuts. The conveyor belt is an all-rounder for transporting nuts.

Washing and calibration machine Clean, calibrate and separate nuts The washing and calibration machine is a multifunctional device. It cleans nuts and simultaneously sorts them according to size. In addition, up to 95% of the green shells are separated from the nuts. The cleaning is done by means of a washing drum with an oval pattern. With this machine up to 99% green shells can be removed quickly and easily without damaging the walnuts. The surface of the drum and the ground are rough. A gear motor makes the soil rotate in a circle. This removes shells and rinses them out with water.
