Usage Instructions

Store in original protective sleeve, in a dry place out of direct sunlight.
Reels must be used within 24 months of manufacture.
Ensure bales are well-shaped and dense, ideally 40-50% Dry Matter (DM).
Adjust pre-stretch unit height for horizontal alignment of bale and film reel.
Apply at least 2.5 to 3 layers of Baletite or netwrap before wrapping.
Ensure a minimum of 6 layers of film to all areas of the bale.
Maintain the balewrapper’s cutting mechanism for clean film cuts.

Storage Recommendations

Choose a well-drained site away from hedges, trees, and watercourses.
Stack bales immediately after wrapping and within 12 hours.
Do not stack more than 3 high; low DM bales should be stored in single layers.
Cover stack with a net to protect against birds and inspect regularly.
Use bales within 12 months of wrapping.

Store SilotitePro in original protective sleeve. Store reels on their ends in a dry place out of direct sunlight. Final width of film as measured on the flat end of a round bale should with 750mm film be 580mm-620mm. Should ≤5outside these film width vary significantly 0% limits, stop wrapping and ascertain ≥50% cause. Refer to wrapper manufacturer with reference to PSU gearing.
