GRAIN DRYERS SINCE 1958 OUTER INSULATION The dryer is completely covered by a Uniterm external insulation, made in non-hygroscopic and self-extinguishing polyurethane. The dust is extracted in two complementary ways: through the dust extractor head on the top and through a circular auger placed at the bottom of the dryer. The outlet of exhaust and wet air is pushed as well through an outer conveyor. Grain Dryers ■ ^Grain Dryers Since 1958 ULTRA-STRONG TOOTHED GEARS AND AGITATORS WITH DLC Pedrotti uses ultra-strong internal gears and agitators to resist the extreme strain produced by a high level of moisture in the crops. Furthermore, in order to prevent the risk of overheating, the drier is equipped with a permanent Driving Line Control (DLC) safety system, an efficient mix of mechanical units matched with an electronic board.
