EggCargoSystem® Components

• Trays: Available in Standard, Jumbo 1.0, and Jumbo 2.0 sizes, designed for small to extra-large eggs. Dimensions: 299 x 299 x 50 mm, weight approx. 0.145 kg, with tight tolerances. Trays are stackable, made from high-quality virgin HDPE with UV resistance, biosecurity materials to prevent cross-contamination, and customizable with RAL colors and markings.
• Pallets: Multiple types including Open Deck, Closed Deck, and Stackable Pallets with dimensions 1200 x 900 x 160 mm. Weight ranges from 11.3 kg (stackable) to 20.4 kg (reinforced). Pallets support stacking (15 to 44 pcs per stack) and come in various colors, mostly RAL7000 gray or customizable.
• Dividers: New plastic dividers (EC Protector and Open Deck) sized 1200 x 900 x 57 mm, weighing 3.75 kg, UV resistant, made from high-quality PPC virgin material, and biosecure.

• EggCargoSystem Mini: Compact footprint for retail, restaurants, fast food chains, hospitals, small bakeries, and poultry farms. Holds 2,160 eggs in a 60 cm footprint.
