Universal Batch Treater The HALDRUP LCB-2000 Universal Batch Treater is ideal for seed breeding and application experiments in field trial research. It is a versatile device with a compact design. All parts that come into contact with the product are made of high-quality stainless steel. The HALDRUP LCB-2000 enables various types of seed treatment and coating, from pelleting to encrusting to film coating. The seed is moved in a rotor-stator process, while deflectors ensure uniform mixing. Air blown under the rotor creates an air cushion at the transition from rotor to stator, thus ensuring maximum seed protection. The seed treatment agents added via the feed pipe are finely atomized by a rapidly rotating spray disc and applied to the seed. Unlike nozzles, the spray disc can never clog, ensuring particularly reliable operation. After the treatment process is completed, the seed is manually discharged from the treatment chamber via the spring-loaded discharge flap and can be individually filled and packaged.
