The log wood boiler can be operated with wood up to a third of a metre (HDG R15) or half a metre (HDG R20). The hardwood content must not exceed 30%. The HDG R15/20 is ideal for use as an additional boiler for existing oil, gas or pellet boilers. The HDG R15/20 can also be used in combination with heat pumps or solar energy systems, yielding benefits in terms of efficiency and additional reliability of supply.
