The paperpot-fully-automatic is an installation for automatically packing paperpots in trays in an efficient and economic way with a high capacity. OPERATION: Paperpots are produced and supplied by the HETO paperpot-machine on the advisable length and diameter. The paperpots are compiled by means of cords and precision driving in shaped fill/compile blocks. The installation is supplied with 2 of these so-called fill/compile blocks. The dimensions of these fill/compile blocks are dependent on the tray and paperpotsize. The models are placed into a sideways circulation-system to come above the trays. Above the trays, the fill/compile blocks are positioned and turned over and the paperpots are pushed into the trays and possibly supplied with a stabhole. The trays are replaced with a so-called tray-transporter-positioned-system. Tray-positioned-system with carriers, double construction are suitable for several trays.
