HOOVER XL HOOVER XL is a powerful machine to aspirate the residues of crop and leaves on the ground, designed for fourth range producers. With 4 steering wheels, the aspirator is fitted with a sideshifting cutting bar. It is fitted with a driving seat pushed as forward as possible, to have full control of the cutting bar, and with stabilizing wheels underneath the cutting bar. In comparison with the previous HOOVER and HOOVER MAXI models, it has an even more efficient suction system that guarantees superb suction power, reducing fuel costs at the same time. It is equipped with a cutting bar that is mounted on electro - hydraulic sensors. The bar blade turns on self-centering pulleys covered by rubber to guarantee longer blade life. The cutting height is adjustable from the workstation and the extractor hood is adjustable in height. HOOVER XL is equipped also with a "vacuum cleaner” that consists of an aspirator with a protective filter mounted inside the bin. The bin capacity is 1000 litres max. The vacuum cleaner does not suck the product directly through the extractor unit, but creates a vacuum inside the bin avoiding to obstruct it and so to clean it. HOOVER XL is equipped with 4 driving wheels to reduce the steering radius, a KUBOTA 50 HP 4-cylinder engine with double feed system, that allows on the one hand moving forward with the machine using a proportional pedal, and on the other hand, allows the operator to have the possibility to decide to set a constant speed. If this option is selected, whenever the operator uses the machine, this will restart always at the speed previously set. Moreover, the engine is mounted longitudinally to make maintenance easier. It is fitted with an oversized waste bin, that is lifted in three stages: • it can be lifted up to 200 cm (from the ground to the base of the bin), • it can be tipped over • it has an opening to unload the crop residue. Thanks to this three-stage lifting system, the product can be unloaded directly onto a 200cm high trailer.
