Picking up Baling & Net wrapping “Baling” and “Wrapping” are combined into ONE In a traditional silage system, baler and wrapping machines, and at least 2 tractors are needed for making bales. STAR baler wrapper covers a sequence of baling & wrapping with 1 tractor. Generally, decomposition of silage proceeds rapidly just after baling. TBW2210WN conveys bales to wrapping device, and wraps quickly to avoid decomposition and improve good fermentation. Sensing unit is equipped with stretching device to watch the film condition. It stops wrapping device automatically when the film is run out. High speed NET binding Lesser loss of grass, efficient binding works with an automatic binding system. High density bales, high-quality silage 8 cutting knives are equipped with an intake rotor as standard. Bale density can be increased 15-30% by cutting grass into pieces before baling operation. These high-density bales bring better fermentation, resulting in high-quality silage. The spiral intake rotor and knives cut grass into pieces approx. 10 cm in length, which makes bales easily broken up by hand.
