Air Handling Units

Product catalog summary
Introduction
ITB Companies introduces the "Green Vent" air handling units as part of "The New Cultivation" initiative. These units focus on dehumidification and heat recovery in greenhouses, aiming to improve plant growth conditions and energy efficiency.
Advantages
  • Dehumidification around plants
  • Directed airflow
  • No condensation
  • Energy cost savings
  • Uniform temperatures
  • Improved plant growth results
Product Line
The "Green Vent" line includes four systems with capacities up to 10,000 m³/h:
  • Recirculation Unit: Extracts and recirculates greenhouse air, heating it to maintain uniform temperature.
  • Basic Unit: Introduces and heats fresh outside air to reduce humidity.
  • Basic Plus Unit: Mixes fresh and greenhouse air, heating it to a higher temperature than the greenhouse.
  • Basic Plus Heat Recovery Unit: Uses a high-efficiency heat exchanger to heat fresh air with exhaust air, maximizing energy savings.
Specifications of Basic Plus Heat Recovery Unit
  • Plastic construction with thermal and noise insulation
  • High-efficiency plastic heat exchanger
  • EC-High pressure fans (max. 1500 rpm, 1 kW)
  • G4 fine filter for outside air
  • Hot water heater block resistant to acids and sulphur
For optimal performance, use one perforated hose per two plant rows to ensure uniform air and temperature distribution.
Manufacturing and Experience
ITB Companies designs and manufactures these systems in Boxmeer, leveraging over 30 years of experience in ventilation system design and production.

Air Handling Units-2

ITB Companies presents the productline "Green Vent" Air Handling Units: ITB Companies introduces the productline "Green Vent" air handling units in the context of "The New Cultivation". These units are developed according to this principle. They provide dehumidification around the plant and heat recovery from the exhaust greenhouse air. Ventilation, heating and dehumidifiying around the plant will be the future. Advantages of this principle are: * Dehumidification around the plant * Directed air flow around the plant * No condensations around the plant * Saving on energy costs * Uniform...

3. Basic Plus Unit: Fresh outside air is sucked in and mixed with the greenhouse air. This mixed air then gets heated and blown into the greenhouse. The air is blown in with a higher temperature than the greenhouse temperature. (Fresh Air + Recirculation + Heating) 4. Basic Plus Heat Recovery Unit: Fresh outside air is heated by the exhaust greenhouse air. This is done by a high-efficiency heat exchanger. With this principle, a high energy saving is achieved. There is made use of the hot greenhouse air, in order to keep as much heat as possible in the greenhouse. Recirculation is possible in...

Air Handling Units-4

Specifications of the Basic Plus Heat Recovery Unit: The main advantage of the Basic Plus HR Unit with respect to the other units is the high saving on energy costs. The energy from the exhaust greenhouse air is exchanged to the fresh outside air, whereby this air can be blown in with a high temperature without much additional heat. This unit has the following specifications: - Air handling unit entirely made of plastic ( 51mm polypropylene constructionplate, both thermal- and noise-insulating ) High efficiency heat exchanger entirely of plastic EC-High pressure fans, max. 1500 rpm at a max....
