Introduction
ITB Companies manufactures air intake chimneys designed for buildings where traditional air intake systems are not feasible. These chimneys are made from 100% virgin HDPE material and come standard with a rain cover, with an optional bird wire. They are available in two diameters: 650mm and 710mm, and their lengths can be adjusted based on specific needs.

Specifications
The chimneys are designed to improve airflow with the recommendation to install inflow rings on both intake and outtake sides. The air capacity varies by diameter and the presence of a tube fan, with the 630mm diameter offering 6,250 m3/h without a fan and approximately 10,900 m3/h with a fan. The 710mm diameter provides 7,200 m3/h without a fan and approximately 15,500 m3/h with a fan.

Air Divider Systems
ITB Companies offers two air divider systems:

Standard Divider Plate: Directs incoming colder air to the sides of the room to prevent it from falling directly onto occupants, ensuring better mixing with warmer inside air.
CLIM-A-MIX Unit: Enclosed on top and bottom with integrated air dividers, it enhances air mixing, reduces heating costs, and improves air uniformity. It can be mounted with stainless steel supports 500mm below the intake chimney or supplied as a fully enclosed unit with negative pressure-operated by-pass valves.

Installation Accessories
A hanging set is available for proper mounting of the standard divider plate underneath the intake chimney.

Next to our well-known exhaust chimneys ITB Companies also manufactures air intake chimneys especially for those buildings (e.g. monoblock-buildings) where an controlled air intake not can be done by using a traditional/standard air intake system. Completely built from 100% virgin HDPE material and standard equipped with a rain cover (optional with bird wire) can be delivered in 2 diameters: 650 and 710mm.
