G-004 Tree Shaker with Tarpaulin Tree Shaker For Stone Fruit G-004 is intended for harvesting sour-cherries, plums, hazelnuts, almonds, olives, ciders ( industrial apples), and more others ▪ G-004 is a shaking machine that will be adapted to suit the precise needs of fruit growers that can be used in orchards with different distances between trees in a row (1.5 m to 3 m) High-quality fruits & high reliability with performance up to 99% in optimal conditions collecting fruits from 50-60 trees/hour with harvest output 0.09 to o.1 Ha/hour An effective system for cleaning fruits up to 1000 turns/min. The innovative shaking head guarantee quite an operation and is much more gentle for trees Highest workmanship standard – Fully equipped: ▪ ▪ The harvester is trailed to a tractor with hydraulic drives equipped with oil tank and pump Hydraulic steering axle, which provides a smaller turning radius guaranteeing free operation of the machine. The turning angle of the wheel is 32’. Optional: Hydraulic levelling wheels that are a very suitable solution in case of hilly plantations for efficient operation on crosswise slopes up to 12°. The machine is designed to harvest fruit into pallet boxes 500 kg (1200x1000x760 mm). After mounting the bars, the platform is able to collect fruits into small boxes (600x400x150 mm).
