Baling system 9YFQ-1960 is equipped with a pickup device consisting of 56 spring tines in 4 rows. 9YFQ-2250 is equipped with a pickup device consisting of 64 spring tines in 4 rows. The tines are made of piano wires with high strength and abrasion resistance to improve the picking efficiency and effectiveness. A crank drives a connecting rod to push a piston to compact the bales along slide rails at a rate of 100 strokes per minute. 8 sealed imported bearings (4 large and 4 small bearings) are installed for further improving the compactness of bales.
