Bodywork and Combinations
The trailers support interchangeable bodies:
- Forage Box (Caja Forrajera): Can be swapped with a spreader box.
- Spreader Box (Caja Esparcidora): Interchangeable with forage box.
- Chassis: Fully independent and interchangeable.
Spreader Group Specifications
- Standard symmetrical star-shaped beaters with flat, screwed spikes.
- Spreader plates mounted on an interchangeable tray to prevent material from falling directly to the ground, ensuring clean and efficient spreading.
- Optional vertical beaters with 2 or 4 columns, screw-type with flat spikes.
- Inside the box, 6 chains (80/12X or 80/15X) made from high-strength materials (20Mn4+S355JO or 24MnB5+S500MC) are used for material movement.
Drive and Transmission
- Front transmission includes a homokinetic joint and freewheel.
- Rear transmission uses a friction disk clutch.
- Hydraulic chain advance with double hydraulic reducers: 1/12.1 for DESP series, 1/16.4 or 1/24.3 for DFRJ series.
Chassis and Suspension Options
- Various axle configurations including forced steering sidra axles with double or single effect hydraulic cylinders, straight sidra axles, and combinations thereof.
- Hydraulic drawbar with 13-leaf springs and hydraulic support foot operated by a manual pump.
- Mechanical jack-stand system for independent box support.
- Corner connector system to securely attach the box to the chassis.
Towing Options
- Fixed ring towing eye (Scharmüller 208092).
- Ball towing eye (Scharmüller 207909).
- Revolving ring towing eye (Scharmüller 208284).
Tyres
A wide range of tyre options are available, including flotation and radial types from brands such as Vredestein, BKT, Alliance, Mitas, and Michelin. Sizes range from 560/60 R 22.5 up to 750/45 R 26.5, allowing adaptation to different terrain and load requirements.
