SUBSOILERS For deep plowing easily and economically with adjustable working depth from the hydraulic cylinders and furthermore the advantage to chooce rear rollers at the subsoilers gives to the operator a great choice for most deep tillage. The MEGATRON subsoiler is aproppriate for working depth up to 55cm.

CUT Cylinder The CUT cylinder is necessary at the subsoiler: The CUT cylinder has diameter 420mm. The geometric design of the cylinder and the provision of the teeth with the ideal distance between the two rollers allow MEGATRON to manage the ideal soil cultivation after deep plowing with subsoilers. The working depth of the CUT rollers is being adjusted hydraulically from the cab of the tractor (standard). There is possibility to regulate the working angle of the cylinders,the adjustment is being done mechanically (standard). The CUT cylinder can be adjusted in all types of the subsoilers.

WAVE Cylinder The WAVE cylinder is another extra row of rollers that may be added at MEGATRON. A necessary prerequisite for the use of the WAVE discs is MEGATRON to have already CUT rollers. The WAVE rear roller helps MEGATRON to shatter into even smaller pieces the soil and to have perfect results.The double row of wave discs on which can be set and the angle of the discs by mechanical tensioners provides to the operator the advantage with one pass to manage deep plowing and simultaneous cultivation. Under the frame clearance The new type of MEGATRON subsoiler which has been added to our production range has been designed in every detail to be a functional machinery,easy and economical to use and maintain and to succed maximum possible resultsIt has been structured always to be a good flow of soil and residues under the subsoiler preventing any blockage during operation thats why the under the frame clearance is: 88 cm for the T series ( min.130 - 280 HP) 79 cm for the G series ( min.100 - 180 HP)

Safety Bolt The arms at the subsoilers are suitable for deep plowing and they have great strength Made of special elastic steel There is a security screw on each arm and is cutted in every major obstacle, the arm moves backwards without causing any other further damage at the machine.

Double knives Side knives (standard) The side knives have two mounting positions on the arm. Where depending of the working depth of the machine you have selected to work you can adjust the working depth of the knives also. Using the side knives you achieve better penetration of the machine by lifting the soil to the side, covering the distance between the teeth and improving the soil treatment.
