Konax Connector
The Konax® Connector is an essential tool for real-time monitoring and optimization of water treatments. It provides insights into the operation of dosing units, leading to improved efficiency, better water quality, cost savings, and enhanced production results.
Water contamination can be categorized into source-borne infections and system-bound contaminations. System-bound issues are often due to biofilm buildup in water lines.
Farnax Plus is designed to treat water sources and prevent biofilm in water lines. It consists of a liquid phase that kills free bacteria and a gas phase that penetrates and removes biofilm and mineral deposits. The product is stable for 30 days after mixing and is registered as a biocide for cleaning waterlines and continuous use in drinking water.
To activate Farnax Plus, mix components A and B. For cleaning, use 1-2L per 100L of water with a 2-hour contact time. For continuous use, dose 50-150 ml per 1000L of water, with higher doses up to 300 ml possible.
The Konax Connector ensures continuity in water disinfection without manual follow-up, monitors dosing pump operation, and provides notifications for low product levels. It also tracks water consumption to detect potential issues like disease or leaks. The device supports two products or circuits and is compatible with electromagnetic dosing pumps.
