Award-winning wheat LCS varieties led the dryland winter wheat pack in the National Wheat Yield Contest (NWYC) this year. Our farmers won Bin Buster and 1st Place in the dryland winter wheat category, and they nabbed 1st, 2nd and 4th Place in dryland wheat winter increase — plus 10 state-level wins. All NWYC national award recipients won a trip to the 2024 Commodity Classic in Houston, Texas, and we are looking forward to celebrating them at the National Wheat Foundation event.
