Brake bend for concrete – type S Description The brake bend is made of L-PUR polyurethane elastomer, a plastic with high abrasion resistance 10 to 100 mm3 (PN-ISO 464), high resistance to tearing and dynamic loads. It allows cleaning of pump system without having to remove the brake bend making it much more effective solution than the already used steel units. Furthermore, the brake bend made of L-PUR is 60% lighter then the version made of steel. Flexible ending ensures operator safety during use while special handle ensures comfortable operation. BRAKE BEND INSTALLATION GUIDE Step 1 Slide over internal ring on the outlet pipe ~ 80 mm from the end of outlet Tighten with screws 6-8 pcs. on a perimeter Slide over the outer ring loosely on the brake bend Slide the brake bend onto the outlet pipe Slide over the outer ring Tighten outer ring with using screws INSTALLATION GUIDE FOR REDUCER Step 7 Put reducer on the brake bend Install and rotate the reducer until locking
