Combine the open roof advantage with side vents in a multitude of combinations to achieve the versatility that growers and retailers need to tailor each structure to their own individual needs. For cold weather applications, light can reach plants through the typical glazing options, 8mm polycarbonate, corrugated polycarbonate, double layer polyethylene, glass, or 8 mm acrylic structured sheet. Structural soundness is achieved using 4” square pre-galvanized, rust resistant steel. Trusses utilize 2” square, pre-galvanized, rust-resistant steel, factory welded parallel chord truss design, with ridge purlin of 2” square also made from pre-galvanized, rust resistant steel. All the standard bracing is also included, roof wind X-bracing, sidewall X-bracing, gable and knee bracing. The Ludy EZ-UP Direct is available in widths of 24 feet or 36 feet with standard sidewall heights of 10, 12, or 14 feet. Higher sidewalls are available upon request. Length is unlimited based on any multiple of the standard 10 or 12 foot bays. Gutters are 10 inches wide, manufactured from high strength steel and sealed at each post using gutter splice.
