The material that is used is Polyethylene of raised temperature resistance. Due to the unique molecular structure crosslinking is not necessary to achieve a long term temperature stability. MAINCOR PE-RT pipes are already produced in a coextrusion process, meaning that all five layers are produced simultaneously. Only by coextrusion a homogenous and very stable material bonding can be guaranteed. Due to the innovative five layer technology the oxygen barrier is protected against mechanical damage.
