Technical Specifications Overview
The Mainero Dry Grain Bagger is designed for efficient bagging of dry grains. It features an oblong or flattened filling tunnel and accommodates bag sizes of 9 feet (2.74 m) with lengths of 60 and 75 meters. The bag mounting is facilitated by a retractable support with a winch and hanger.

Transport and Working Position
The transport position is identical to the working position, eliminating the need for additional elements. An optional set of wheel hubs, tongue, and lights is available for end transport. The working tongue is foldable for transport by truck.

Tractor Requirements
The bagger requires a minimum tractor power of 45 CV (DIN) with a power take-off of 540 RPM. It needs a hydraulic system with one double-acting hydraulic cylinder outlet. The drive is protected by a PTO shaft, and the safety system includes a torque limiter with a shear bolt.

Brake and Wheel System
The bagger is equipped with a disk brake on both wheels, adjustable via a manual operating pump with an indicating manometer. The wheel axle is adjustable using an agricultural-type hydraulic cylinder.

Feed and Auger Specifications
The high-capacity auger can handle more than 250 tons per hour, with a diameter of 450 mm. Bag retention is ensured with an encircling elastic harness. The tires are 7.00 – 15 – 8 ply, with a total weight of 1250 kg.

Loader Accessory for Nozzle
The loader accessory features an auger diameter of 260 mm, driven by a hydraulic motor from the tractor's auxiliary hydraulic distributor. It includes a bypass valve for stopping the loader drive without climbing the tractor. The required hydraulic system has a flow of 80 l/min and a pressure of 120 kg/cm³, with two outputs for double-acting hydraulic cylinders. The transport capacity is 60 to 80 tons per hour.

Discharge Hopper and Wheel System
The discharge hopper is mobile to facilitate truck approach and accessory transport. The wheel axle position is adjustable by manual registration, with tires sized 6.40 x 13 – 4 ply, and a total weight of 380 kg.

Loader Accessory for Dump Trucks
This accessory also features an auger diameter of 260 mm and is driven by a hydraulic motor. It requires the same hydraulic system specifications as the nozzle loader. The reception or charge hopper is 2.6 m wide, with a foot support and rotating wheel for easy transport hook-up. The wheel axle is adjustable, with tires sized 6.40 x 13 – 4 ply, and a total weight of 530 kg.
