New series of hydraulic trolleys Hortitech Hortitech trolleys has gone through a series of modifications in order to improve their functionality: • Rounded corners at trolley's chassis. They improve the whole design of Hortitech 2HD 3.00 and protect plants from damage. • New way of painting - powder coating: firstly, all elements are sandblasted, then the first layer of paint is applied (base layer). At the end second layer of paint is applied. Second layer of paint is fine-grained which makes the surface more resistant to outside conditions. • Longer and wider frame provides better stability. • All steering devices have been clearly labeled and marked • Additional emergency switch has been added on to the bottom part of the trolley. • Electric box has been placed in the front part of the trolley, which makes it easier to access. Electric box is hermetic and properly sealed which guarantees protection from dampness. • Electric box has been equipped with clasps on front cover which enables easy disassembly. • There is a possiblity now to produce Hortitech trolleys with internal charger. You just connect a cable and charge the trolley. • Safety barriers has also been changed. Control panel is now placed on the front door. More ergonomic layout of buttons makes it easier to operate. • Barrier doors on both sides of the trolley have a lock which is a great security measure • Platform lifting valves have an option to manually lower platform in case of lack of voltage. • Lifting wheels have been reinforced , made of aluminium and polyurethane.
