MEIER-BRAKENBERG Medication Dosing System Electrical medication dosing for drinker systems The dosing system measures water flow rates and dispenses the medium via an electric pump. Metering is performed with high resolution and very precise even at low water flow rates. Dosing system also suitable for dispensing feed acids, e.g. formic acid. The dispenser features long durability and robustness since dispensed media do not get in contact with the flow meter. In brief: ● Adjustable dispensing ratio from 0.01 to 15 %. ● Permanent control of set parameters. ● Very simple and clear display. ● Control via robust touchscreen. ● Useful additional functions, such as water consumption and daily counter saved to SD card, digital flow indicator showing current water consumption. ● Easy integration in drinker supply line. ● Resistance to many acids. ● Tested in accordance with DIN 10529-2: “Oral application of veterinary drugs in livestock sector via feed or water”, DIN 10529-2:2012-10 (only MBDos20) Clearly laid out touchscreen Mixing Tank MB Mix 60 / MB Mix 180 Mixing tank with pump for gentle circulation of medication premix.
