The entire structure undergoes a comprehensive corrosion protection process. Prior to painting all parts are subject to shot blasting and degreasing, which provides long lasting corrosion protection. The loader is equipped with a levelling indicator as standard. In the T812/1 model the hydraulic accumulator absorbs shocks to improve operation comfort. Hydraulic cylinders with a pressure of 18 MPa. Slide bearings used in the loader do not require lubrication over the entire service life. A top of the line hydraulic control unit is used as standard. The control unit is connected directly to the tractor. It provides rapid and safe operation of the loader. It also protects against failure of the hydraulic pump. The main frame (of outrigger) is made of metal sheet (3 mm-T812/2; 4 mm-T812/1). The selection of fine grain steel and the profile shapes used in the outrigger provide maximum durability and low weight. The design of the outrigger provides optimum visibility from the operator’s seat. Additional reinforcement inside the outrigger ensures appropriate rigidity of construction. The self-lubricated bushes are characterised by superior durability and resistance to wear. The parking jacks of the outrigger are permanently attached to the loader.
