Strong stain and sullage in the interior such as tartar are removed without efforts through steam. Steam is simply induced into the tank via pipes. For thorough cleaning 1 kg steam per m3 capacity is sufficient. A relatively small steam boiler type S 350 is able to clean up to 400m3 tank volume (4000 hl) per hour without chemicals only using mere heat. Stain loosens and can be washed out easily after steaming. Surfaces are treated with care and are properly sanitized through heat.
