Assembling the Multiheat heater Step 1 Connect wire mesh guard (2) with air distribution unit (1) by using A1 + A2 bolts (M6x16) with nuts & rings. Step 2 Connect air distribution unit (1) with main body (3) by using B1 + B2 bolts (M8x25) (3x) with nuts & rings. Place the B1 bolt (M8x25) through the fan supporting block (4) and main body (3) and air distribution unit (1) and tighten the bolt with a nut and ring on the outside. Step 3 Place the fan arms into the fan supporting block (4) (already connected to the main body (3)) by using C1 + C2 bolts (M6x40) and nuts. Step 4 Connect the main body...

Pipe diameters (see below) are an indication, pipe size is calculated with a water capacity/flow rate reaching a room temperature of 35°C and a water temperature of 90°C (see heater capacities on the last page).
