GRAIN DRYING SYSTEMS
Mysilo & Neco mixed flow grain dryers are vertical systems utilizing both opposite and concurrent airflows to efficiently dry grain. The design includes channels that allow hot air to pass through the grain, effectively removing moisture through ducts. This setup ensures multiple high-temperature heating zones, improved energy efficiency, and achieves the desired moisture content post-drying.
The dryers offer two modes of operation: Continuous mode, where grain flows continuously, and Batch mode, which involves drying without continuous flow, with loading and unloading at regular intervals.
The dryers do not use perforated sheets; instead, they utilize triangular-shaped grain columns to exhaust moisture, preventing direct flame contact and maintaining grain quality. This design avoids screen plugging, offering low cost and high efficiency compared to other market options.
Equipped with industrial burners and fans, the dryers ensure silent operation with maximum efficiency and minimal energy consumption. High airflow is achieved at low speeds, reducing noise and vibration. The use of high-quality, latest technology components enhances performance.
The unique design prevents extreme dryness or cracking by evenly distributing grain and temperature. Field research indicates that mixed-flow dryers are more efficient than other types, ensuring superior product quality.
The dryers feature a modular design with tiers, allowing for future capacity expansion and easy installation. Considerations for layout, fuel, and energy consumption should be made in advance for expansions.
Safety is enhanced with Honeywell flame safety relays that monitor airflow, temperature, and flame presence, stopping burner operation in emergencies. Ultraviolet flame detectors and burner controllers provide efficient control.
An adjustable flap mechanism allows for normal airflow and additional cooling zones as needed. Each tier can be individually heated or cooled, offering operational flexibility with multiple burners operating at different temperatures.
The dryers come with a PLC touch screen and Commander dryer control software for easy operation. Moisture content is monitored using Dryer Master sensors at the inlet and outlet, providing superior control.
The dryers can operate on natural gas or LPG, with natural gas being the standard for economical consumption. Both fuel types are environmentally friendly.
Mysilo & Neco dryers offer advantages such as no screen maintenance, multiple heating and cooling zones, consistent kernel temperatures, and reduced cracking compared to typical screen dryers, which suffer from issues like plugged screens and inconsistent drying.
