ELECTRIC ON/OFF VALVES are used to open or close a valve electrically. They are commonly used to automate zone control. Common configurations are shown below. Other options available. PRESSURE SUSTAINING VALVES are closed until the upstream pressure exceeds the set point on the control pilot, then open to relieve pressure as required.
