This proven technology uses a flexible orifice which contracts as pressure increases, allowing the flow rate discharge to be held constant, regardless of pressure fluctuations. The flexible nature of the rubber combines with the relaxation of the orifice at low pressure (i.e. system start-up and shutdown) to create a very plug resistant, compensating sprinkler package.
