Overview

This document describes the specifications and features of the TFS/UX series forestry mulching heads designed for large excavators. These mulchers are intended for clearing shrubs, dense vegetation, and small trees.

Product Description

The TFS/UX forestry mulching heads are compatible with heavy excavators weighing between 180 and 250 quintals (approximately 18,000 to 25,000 kg) and with engine power up to 180 HP. They have a maximum cutting diameter of 45 cm.

Technical Specifications

Operational Notes

• The hydraulic cylinder requires two 3/8" hydraulic connections.
• The TFS series can optionally be equipped with a pair of support skids that raise the hammer cutting height from approximately 1 cm to 8-9 cm above ground level.
• These skids are recommended for work in rocky or mountainous areas with many stones and protruding rocks.
