Cutting Tools:
Mazza forged and tempered single-edged (Code: ZP 10280) and double-edged (Code: ZP 10280 REV) options are available. An optional single-edged version with tungsten reinforcement is also offered (Code: ZP 10280MD).
Forest Mulching Heads for Large Excavators:
The TFS series is designed for clearing shrubs, dense vegetation, and small trees, suitable for large excavators weighing 180 to 250 quintals and with power up to 180 HP. The maximum cutting diameter is 35 cm.
Standard Equipment:
Includes a raw plate for constructing the attachment saddle, a rotor with retractable hammers, 3-meter hydraulic hoses, a 56 cc hydraulic piston motor, a hydraulically openable door, support skids, and XPB trapezoidal belt transmission. The robust structure is made of high-yield steel with an internal HARDOX 400 lining.

  • TFS 130: Work width 130 cm, Overall width 150 cm, Weight 1290 kg, Oil flow 18.0 - 25.0 lt/min, Pressure 250/270 bar, 20 hammers.
  • TFS 160: Work width 160 cm, Overall width 180 cm, Weight 1450 kg, Oil flow 21.0 - 25.0 lt/min, Pressure 250/270 bar, 24 hammers.
Notes:
Two 3/8” hydraulic connections are required for operating the hydraulic cylinder. Optional support skids can raise the hammer cut from about 1 cm to 8-9 cm above ground, recommended for rocky and mountainous areas.
Options:
Custom-sized attachment with steel pins, double-edged hammers, 64 cc piston motor, and single-edged hammers with tungsten reinforcement.
