KOSY - SCOTCH TUNNELS - DATA SHEET Kosy - Scotch Tunnels Kosy Tunnels were developed to offer an alternative that took the polytunnel concept further, adding more strength and durability to the range. They are generally stronger than Spanish and allow the grower to consider permanent to semi-permanent structures. With the Osprey Kosy Tunnel , the climate in the house is much warmer than other structures as the plastic film finishes neatly on the ground surface, but still incorporating the ability to fully vent the house. A fully sealed, draft-free plastic tunnel system that creates earlier production - The main sheet of the tunnel reaches the floor on either side of the tunnel to completely seal and keep a ‘kosy’ climate. Interest from the economic low cost greenhouse market for salads, asparagus, early potatoes, rhubarb, flowers and more.
