The PM110SD is designed to provide growers with a versatile, compact, high speed and uniform production filling solution. The Pack Manufacturing PM110SD can fill almost any container type, including nursery pots, hanging baskets, ceramic pots, and plug trays. To ensure each container is perfectly filled, this equipment includes a variable speed soil hopper and filling conveyor, fully adjustable compacting sweepers and rotary brush, and a compacting soil vibrator. After a quick and easy setup, containers are pulled across a powered transfer and excess soil is returned to the hopper by the horizontal auger soil return system. The small frame and casters allow this machine to be moved to accommodate multiple filling locations.
