Overview
The KM Series heavy-duty front and rear mount flail mowers are designed for professional use by farmers, councils, contractors, and mixed tractor fleet owners. These mowers feature a robust construction with a strong frame and universal headstock, making them versatile and reliable for tough agricultural tasks.

Specifications
The KM Series includes models KM-220, KM-245, KM-270, and KM-300, with working widths ranging from 220 cm (7'2") to 300 cm (9'8"). All models operate at a PTO shaft speed of 1000 rpm and a flail shaft speed of 2200 rpm. The minimum power requirement varies from 35 kW (48 HP) to 55 kW (75 HP) depending on the model. The mowers are equipped with a hydraulic side-shift of 57 cm (19") and a unique gearbox that supports both right-hand and left-hand rotation.

Features
The mowers come with a secure drive system that uses spring-loaded automatic belt tensioners to maintain the correct tension on V-belts, ensuring maximum security and minimal maintenance. The bearings of the large diameter rear roller are protected by unique covers to prevent the ingress of humidity, dust, and mud.

Flails
The mowers are equipped with 0.9 kg (2 lbs) special flails with single cutting edges for a clean and fine cut of grass and other vegetation up to 3 cm. Optional 2.2 kg universal flails or 2.7 kg Combi-flails are available. The flails are mounted on a large diameter double balanced rotor with heavy 20 mm bolts and replaceable steel bushes.

Additional Options
Additional features include 2.2 kg universal flails, 2.7 kg Combi-flails, Pro-fix flail mounting, and wearing plates.
