Overview
The BG2 and BK2 series flail choppers are designed for efficient shredding in modern orchards and vineyards. They can handle prunings up to 8 cm in diameter and are known for their low, compact, and robust construction.

Specifications
The BG2 series is available in various models with cutting widths ranging from 90 cm to 210 cm. The BK2 series includes rake tines for better pick-up and pulverization. Both series operate at a PTO speed of 540 rpm and a flail rotor speed of 2100 rpm. Minimum power requirements vary depending on the task, with grass cutting requiring 18 kW (25 HP) and brush chopping requiring up to 38 kW (52 HP).

Design Features
The flail choppers feature a low-profile design with a V-belt cover height of only 51 cm. They include a parallelogram-type offset system and a heavy-duty drive system with a gearbox and spring-loaded automatic belt tensioner for flexible and secure operation. The BK2 series includes adjustable rake tines for improved performance.

Additional Features
Optional extras include a headstock for front mounting, hydraulic offset feature, combi-flails, Pro-fix protection against stones, and a wearing plate. The flails are designed for excellent pulverization and are mounted on a double electronically balanced rotor.
