The last of our range, this machine allows packaging stations to be arranged in a line, and ensures filling rates of up to 95%. The NOVAGRAM has been designed to cover a wide range of fruits, from apricots to pears. A special version for melons is now available. According to models and to the type of cups fitted, and to the fruits being processed, line speeds can vary from 6 to 10 cups per second, with filling rates of up to 70 to 95%. To give just two examples, processing rates of up to 2 tonnes per hour of apricots or 6 tonnes per hour of melons can be reached. Its architecture allows a choice of outlet, from 6 to 15. Its modular design means that users remain able to adapt it to their changing requirements, and also to integrate it with any peripheral available on the market, thus ensuring the performance of such tasks as feeding/ conveying, brushing, washing, emptying, etc. It is fitted with a tactile colour screen, which makes it very simple to manage “grammewise” the 12 grading ranges available, which can be allocated to the different exits, but also its 100 different configurations, as well as its batch-management, automatic-taring and colour grading options.
