STATE-OF- THEART FRUIT GRADING SYSTEM UNI-GRADER STATE-OF-THE-ART ELECTRONIC-OPTICAL GRADER The Uni-Grader system is a very advanced cup grading system, the result of decades of intensive study and design. Especially designed for difficultly shaped and most delicate products like (Conference) pears, sensitive apples, ripe tomatoes, etc. Thanks to sophisticated infeed systems the UNI-GRADER can realize a very high filling grade of up to 90%, resulting in hourly capacities of up to 10 t/h. The use of rotating singulator brushes assures optimal grading results without damaging the product. The use of several special synthetic components and seethrough covers over the entire grading line has resulted in a significant noise reduction, even at cup belt speeds of 3,5 cups/second

Cups and the synthetic guide rail in between can be changed within just seconds, without any tools. All product transitions within the grading process have been carefully studied during the design process. As a result these transitions have been reduced to assure most gentle handling of your produce.

Filling rates of up to 90% are realistic, optimizing the use of the brush singulator.
